◆ Working Principle: 

The valve positioner is an important accessory of the control valve. It takes the valve stem displacement signal as the input feedback measurement signal, and uses the output signal from the controller as the set signal. It compares the two and when there is a deviation, changes the output signal sent to the actuator, causing the actuator to operate, establishing a one-to-one correspondence between the valve stem displacement and the output signal of the controller. Therefore, the valve positioner constitutes a feedback control system with the valve stem displacement as the measurement signal and the output signal of the controller as the set signal. The manipulated variable of this control system is the output signal sent by the valve positioner to the actuator.
