◆ Overview: 

The three-way five-way dual-electric control pneumatic electromagnetic valve is the core air path switching control component of the pneumatic control system and belongs to the pilot-type pneumatic airway switching valve. It adopts three working positions, five air ports, and a left-right dual electromagnetic coil electric control structure, specifically controlling the double-acting pneumatic actuator (pneumatic ball valve, pneumatic butterfly valve, double-acting cylinder), achieving three states of valve opening, closing, and neutral hold pressure stop. It can maintain the current position even when power is disconnected and has a memory retention function. 


◆ Structural Characteristics: 

- Dual-coil electronic control, maintains the position even when power is off, energy-saving and stable, suitable for long-term in-place maintenance conditions. 

- Three-stage sealing structure. The valve can be positioned at any point, maintain pressure stability and hold pressure, and resist air pressure fluctuations. 

- Leading-edge switching, with fast response speed, low power consumption, excellent sealing performance and no air leakage. 

- Standard pneumatic interface G1/4 (2 inches), available in plate mounting and NAMUR plate mounting options. 

- It can be made in explosion-proof and dust-proof and water-resistant type (IP65), suitable for chemical explosion-proof and automatic control scenarios. 

- The valve body is made by aluminum alloy die-casting, and the sealing components are resistant to compressed air, oil and water. It has a long service life.
