Miniature electromagnetic valve

◆ Overview:

An electromagnetic valve is an industrial device controlled by electricity. It is an automatic basic component used to control fluids and belongs to an actuator. The pneumatic electromagnetic valve is one type of it. It achieves this by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or allow the flow of different oil outlets, while the oil inlet is always open. Hydraulic oil then enters different oil outlets. The oil pressure from the pneumatic electromagnetic valve then pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, thereby controlling the mechanical movement of the entire electromagnetic valve through the current of the electromagnet in the pneumatic electromagnetic valve.

◆ Product Features:

- It can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure conditions, but the diameter is generally no more than 25 millimeters.

- It can also operate under zero pressure or vacuum, and high pressure conditions. However, it requires a higher power and must be installed horizontally.

- The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is relatively high. It can be installed at will (customization is required), but it must meet the fluid pressure difference conditions.

Products and services that meet fluid control requirements

Each process, facility, and environmental constraint has its own special requirements. Therefore, Kinko offers a comprehensive range of products that include different performance levels, pressures, functions, and materials.

Product application scope

These devices are suitable for accurately controlling media such as gases, liquids, steam, etc., and maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Especially suitable for work environments where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is also small, and the pressure difference is not significant.
